Shipping Policy

Every order is carefully prepared to meet the Kay Luxe standard of quality and care.

At Kay Luxe Extensions, our goal is to deliver high-quality hair extensions in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We always aim to process orders sooner when possible.

For all items listed as pre-order please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process.

Once your order has entered processing, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Orders begin processing the next business day after they are placed. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including holidays, inclement weather, or carrier issues.

We guarantee that tracking information will be provided within the stated processing timeframe, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped via UPS.

  • UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1–2 business days (additional cost)

Shipping time begins after processing is complete, not at the time the order is placed.

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

To prevent fraud and ensure secure delivery:

  • Billing and shipping addresses must match or the order will be canceled

  • All packages require a signature upon delivery

UPS will make multiple delivery attempts and may leave a notice if you are unavailable. Kay Luxe Extensions is not responsible for abandoned or missed deliveries.
