I understand that all Kay Luxe Hair Extensions orders are carefully inspected through our quality control process before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. I acknowledge that orders are processed within 2–3 business days (5–7 business days for pre-orders), cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins, and shipping times begin after processing is complete. I understand that billing and shipping addresses must match and that all deliveries require a signature. Due to sanitary and hygiene concerns, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. In the event of an order error, returns will only be accepted for unused, unaltered hair returned in its original packaging. Kay Luxe Hair Extensions reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.
