Due to sanitary and hygiene concerns, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

In the rare event that there is an error with your order, we will gladly accept a return and issue the correct item. Returned hair must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
